Freeman understands the importance of providing a safe work environment for the well being of our employees. We promote safety in the work place from the moment of hire forward and stress safety on a daily basis. This is the responsibility of each and every employee at Freeman and is supported at every level of management all the way to the Chairman of the Board of Directors. 

Recently, an independently conducted survey by our coverage provider, Amerisure, showed that our employees rated Freeman's management commitment to employee safety higher than any company in the recent memory of the provider which conducts these polls nationwide. Given Amerisure’s exposure and partnership with major construction providers nationwide, we think this speaks volumes about our loss control program.
